Roz Recharge10 is a mobile recharge application that uses a private cPanel PHP and MySQL backend to provide user account, mobile recharge, recharge history, payment confirmation and customer support features.
Information required to complete a mobile recharge may be sent to configured recharge and payment service providers, including Payzeer and Ultra FinPay, and to the UPI application selected by the customer.

This information is used only to operate the app, process requested mobile recharges, maintain transaction history, provide customer support and protect the service from misuse.
Customers pay only for the mobile recharge they choose.
Payment confirmation may use transaction or order references received through the configured payment-notification system.
Roz Recharge10 does not request or store UPI PINs, ATM PINs, card PINs, internet banking passwords or other confidential banking credentials.
Information required to process a requested recharge may be shared with the relevant recharge or payment service provider.
These providers process information according to their own privacy and security practices.
Passwords are stored as password hashes instead of plain-text passwords.
Recharge-provider API credentials and other sensitive server credentials are stored on the server and are not exposed through normal app API responses.
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user information.
User information and transaction records are retained only for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements and maintain transaction records.
Users can request deletion of their account from the profile section of Roz Recharge10 or through the account deletion page provided by the service.
User-linked personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except where certain transaction records must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.
Roz Recharge10 is not intended for children under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, applicable laws or our service practices change. The latest version will be made available through the official Privacy Policy page.
